Join at a set time, ask in the chat, answer the host's questions as the class goes. Classes are never recorded, so you can ask the question you actually have.

Workshops, walks and meetups in your city, and most of them are free. You book on the organiser's own site; we make sure you hear about it.

A health log that's yours alone.
Water, food, sleep, mood and your vitals, one tap each. Your journal is encrypted: nobody at High Impact, and no professional you book, can read it.

Trust is not a badge in the footer. It changes who can join, who can review, what gets recorded, and what you can see about your own data.

Look for a free introductory call on a professional's profile. No card needed to book it, and no catch after.

Only people who went can review.
You can review a professional once you've attended an appointment with them. Nobody else can, so the reviews mean something.

Classes are never recorded.
What's said in the class stays in the class. We don't record it, and we ask everyone in it not to either.

You see who opened your health record.
It's yours. If anyone at High Impact ever opens it, the app shows you who and when.

When can I get the app?
We're getting it ready for iPhone and Android now. Leave your email and city below and we'll tell you the day it's out.
Where does it work?
High Impact is built for Canada. Professionals, classes and events are local to your city, so we're opening city by city. Tell us yours: it helps decide where we open next.
Is it only for women?
Yes. High Impact is built for women, and the members are women. The professionals and mentors can be anyone who is good at helping them.
What does it cost?
Many professionals offer a free first call, and it needs no card. Classes are either free or show their price before you pay. Events are booked, and paid for if they aren't free, on the organiser's own site.
Who are the professionals?
Qualified, experienced people in health, money and business, and mentors who have done what you're trying to do. They join by invitation and are checked before they're listed. They're independent, not our employees.
Is my health information private?
Your journal is encrypted, and nobody at High Impact and no professional you book can read it. Your health record is yours: if anyone at High Impact ever opens it, you'll see who and when. You can download everything we hold about you, or close your account, from inside the app.
Can I get my money back for a class?
Give back a paid place more than 24 hours before the class and it's refunded in full; within 24 hours it isn't, because the seat can't be filled in time. If a class is cancelled, everyone who paid is refunded automatically.
Is this medical advice?
No. High Impact connects you with independent professionals. It isn't a clinic and doesn't give advice itself. In an emergency, call 911.
